We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If the glasses you received aren't right for you, we can arrange a swap or refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a swap or refund. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and 'Not My Thing' request.
All customers are entitled to a swap or refund if the item received is faulty. You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order to be entitled to a replacement or refund at the purchased price.
Refunds can only be credited using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Original delivery fees are non-refundable for all orders.
