WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS DON’T WORK OUT. IF THE GLASSES YOU RECEIVED AREN’T RIGHT FOR YOU, WE CAN ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. PLEASE EMAIL US AT - HELLO@CARLACOLOUR.COM - WITH YOUR ORDER DETAILS & 'NOT MY THING' REQUEST. 

OUR CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS FAULTY. YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO BE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AT THE PURCHASED PRICE. 

REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE CREDITED USING THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.  PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.

ORIGINAL DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ALL ORDERS.
