WHEN WILL I GET MY GLASSES?

We always try to ship as quickly as possible, however for Standard USA orders please allow 48hrs for your order to be processed + 5 business days for your package to arrive. That's 7 business days in total. USA Express shipments will be with you in 2 business days. International orders could take up to 10 business days to arrive. We'll keep in contact with you during this time so don't worry! 

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Yes it is possible to make a change prior to dispatch. Please contact us at hello@carlacolour.com and we will do our best to adjust your order. Once your item has shipped we cannot make changes to your order. Please refer to our RETURNS policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations.

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When an order has been paid in full, we will notify you by email to let you know your item/s have been shipped.

 

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All transactions are charged in US dollars.

 

WHAT ARE CARLA COLOUR GLASSES MADE FROM?

Carla Colour collections are all lovingly handmade in Italy using the finest quality colored acetates. Acetate is a light-weight, hypoallergenic material that is extremely comfortable to wear. It holds a variety of colors + textures beautifully which is why it’s our signature material. Our lenses are made in Italy and always offer 100% UVA + UVB protection.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GLASSES?

Always protect your glasses by storing them in the provided Carla Colour eyewear case. Clean your lenses using a non-alcohol-based lens cleaning spray and your Carla Colour microfiber cleaning cloth. Avoid using water or soap to clean your frames; this may cause oxidation of the wirecore and hinges. Avoid leaving your eyewear in extremely hot environments for extended periods of time, as high heat can cause distortion.  Acetate frames sometimes need adjustments to fit perfectly. Take your glasses to your local optician if they require any changes.

 

CAN I ADD MY PRESCRIPTION TO CARLA COLOUR FRAMES?

All Carla Colour eyewear styles can be used as prescription glasses. Your local optician will fit your prescription lenses into your Carla Colour frames.
